Function

The nat log binary-log host command sets parameters of a binary NAT session log server, including the IP addresses and port numbers of the binary log server and the peer device communicating with the log server.

The undo nat log binary-log host command deletes the parameter settings of a binary NAT session log server.

By default, no binary NAT session log server is configured.

nat log binary-log host host-ip-address host-port source source-ip-address source-port

host-ip-address host-port

Specifies the IP address and port number of the NAT session log server.

  • host-ip-address: The value is in dotted decimal notation.
  • host-port: The value is an integer that ranges from 1 to 65535.

source source-ip-address source-port

Specifies the IP address and port number of the peer device that sends logs to the log server.

  • source-ip-address: The value is in dotted decimal notation.
  • source-port: The value is an integer that ranges from 10240 to 55534.

Usage Guidelines

Only one binary NAT session log server can be configured globally. The old binary NAT session log server is directly replaced by the newly configured binary NAT session log server.

Example

# Configure a binary NAT session log server whose IP address is 10.10.10.1 and port number is 3456. Set the IP address of the peer device to 10.10.10.2 and its port number to 20000.
