ap update load
Function
The ap update load command upgrades a specified RU.
The undo ap update load command cancels RU upgrade.
Format
ap update load { ap-name ap-name | ap-mac ap-mac | ap-id ap-id } update-filename update-file-name

Usage Guidelines
Usage Scenario
When RUs are upgraded in batches based on RU types, if the new version fails, the version rollback takes a long period. Therefore, you can update a single RU to check whether faults occur on the version, ensuring successful upgrades in batches.
Prerequisites
When the Central AP mode is used, the RU upgrade file has been uploaded to the Central AP. If the FTP or SFTP mode is used, the RU upgrade file has been uploaded to the FTP server or SFTP server.
The RU is in normal or vmiss state.
Follow-up Procedure
Run the ap update reset { ap-name ap-name | ap-mac ap-mac | ap-id ap-id } command to restart the RU to make the upgrade take effect.
Precautions
The undo ap update load { ap-name ap-name | ap-mac ap-mac | ap-id ap-id } command cancels RU upgrade. However, if the RU system software has been written to the flash memory during the upgrade, the command does not take effect. You can run the display ap update status { all | downloading | failed | succeed | ap-name ap-name | ap-id ap-id } command to check RU upgrade progress.
