Usage Guidelines

Usage Scenario

A RADIUS server uses the NAS-IP-Address attributes in RADIUS packets sent by NASs to identify the NASs. You can run the radius-attribute nas-ip command to set the NAS-IP-Address attribute in the RADIUS packets.

  • If the specified IP address invalid, the configuration fails and an error message is displayed.
  • The radius-attribute nas-ip command running in the system view takes effect on all RADIUS templates. If the command is run in both the RADIUS server template view and system view, the configuration in the RADIUS server template view has a higher priority.
