  3. Check whether the log filtering configuration has reached the upper limit.

    • If the log filtering configuration has reached the upper limit, clear log filtering information.
    • If the log filtering configuration has not reached the upper limit, go to Step 4.

  4. Collect log information and configuration information, and then contact technical support personnel.

Possible Causes

If the information center processes the same logs, only the first log is recorded and the following logs are recorded duplicated times. When different logs processed or suppress timeout, the SUPPRESS_LOG is processed.
