Setting the WTR Time of a Clock Source

Setting the WTR Time of a Clock Source

Setting the WTR time of a clock source can avoid some mistakes in determining the clock source caused by occasional signal jitter on the network. The default WTR time of a clock source is 5 minutes. Generally, you do not need to change the default value. If you want to see the clock source switching result during debugging, set the WTR time to 0.

  1. Run system-view

    The system view is displayed.

  2. Run clock wtr wtr-time

The wait-to-restore (WTR) time of a clock source is set.

By default, the WTR time of a clock source is 5 minutes.
