Checking OIDS Diagnosis Results
Context
After the OIDS diagnosis function is enabled, the switch records an OIDS event when finding that the KPI data exceeds the defined threshold, and the OIDS module determines whether to trigger OIDS diagnosis. If OIDS diagnosis is triggered, the OIDS module specifies a service module to perform diagnosis. The OIDS module records the diagnosis result received from the service module in the database. OIDS diagnosis results provide critical information that facilitates the rapid location of faults.
Currently, only the CPU-CHAN diagnosis type supports the OIDS diagnosis function.
Procedure
- Run the display oids history-result [ type type-name [ { object-index object-index | object-name object-name } [ { attribute-index attribute-index | attribute-name attribute-name } ] ] ] [ slot slot-id ] [ { before | after } date-time time date ] [ period { 1h | 24h } ] command to check OIDS diagnosis results within a certain period.
