Device Working Mode

Context

Switches can switch between Traditional management mode and Cloud management mode. In cloud management mode, the web system supports the functions listed in Table 7-19.

Device Working Mode

Procedure

  1. Choose Maintenance > System Maintenance > Device Working Mode to open the Device Working Mode page, as shown in Figure 7-41.

  2. Set the working mode of a switch.

    • Traditional management mode: You can configure and manage the switch using SNMP or commands.
    • Cloud management mode: You can configure and manage the switch using the Controller.

  3. Click Apply to complete the configuration.
