Viewing Repository Information

Viewing Repository Information

You can check the basic information and backup plan of a repository to monitor its status.

A repository has been created on the storage system.

On the repository management page, you can:

  • Click Refresh to refresh the information about repositories.
  • Enter a key word in the upper right corner to search for the desired repository.
  • Click on the right side of the list and select the desired parameters of a repository.

  1. Choose Data Protection > CloudBackup > Basic Settings > Repository.
  2. View the basic information of the repository. Table 3-5 describes the parameters.

    Table 3-5 Repository parameters

    Name of the repository.

    ID of the repository.

    Backup Storage Pool

Backup storage pool to which the repository belongs.

    Full Quota

Indicates whether full quota is enabled for the repository. If full quota is enabled, the repository uses all the free capacity of the backup storage pool. If this is disabled, the repository capacity must be specified manually.

    Total Capacity

    Total capacity of the repository.

    Free Capacity

    Free capacity of the repository.

Capacity usage of the repository. It is the ratio of the used capacity to the total capacity of the repository.

    Alarm Threshold

Alarm threshold for the capacity of the repository. When the capacity usage of the repository exceeds this threshold, an alarm is generated, prompting you to expand the capacity or delete unneeded backup data to release storage space. If the alarm is not cleared, subsequent backup tasks may fail.

  3. Select the repository and check its backup plan in the lower part of the page. Table 3-6 describes the parameters.

    Table 3-6 Backup plan parameters

    Name of the backup plan.

    ID of the backup plan.

Status of the backup plan, which can be Active or Inactive.

    Offline Transmission

Indicates the access status of offline transmission. This can be Enabled, Disabled, or Paused.

    Number of Backup Objects

Number of LUNs or LUN consistency groups to be backed up in the backup plan.

    Last Execution

Last execution time of the backup plan.
