Deactivating a Backup Plan

Deactivating a Backup Plan

This operation allows you to deactivate a backup plan. After being deactivated, the backup plan will not be executed by the system.

Prerequisites

  • A backup plan has been created on the storage system.
  • The backup plan is in the Active state.

Procedure

  1. Choose Data Protection > CloudBackup > Backup and Restoration > Backup Plan.
  2. Select the desired backup plan and choose More > Deactivate.

    The Caution dialog box is displayed.

  3. Click OK.

    The Execution Result dialog box is displayed, indicating that the operation is successful.

    NOTE:

    After the backup plan is deactivated, unfinished backup tasks created by the backup plan will continue.

  4. Click Close.
