Viewing Backup Image Information

Viewing Backup Image Information

You can view information about existing backup images to monitor their status.

Prerequisites

A backup image has been generated in the system.

Procedure

  1. Choose Data Protection > CloudBackup > Backup and Restoration > Backup Image and Restoration.
  2. View the basic information of the backup image. Table 3-14 describes the parameters.

    Parameter

    Description

    ID

    ID of the backup image.

    Created

    Time when the backup image was created.

    Protected Object Name

    Name of the source LUN, LUN consistency group or backup plan group for the backup image.

    Protected Object Type

    Type of the protected object for the backup image.

    NOTE:

    The Protected Object Type of the backup images generated by OceanStor BCManager eReplication is Backup plan group, and this type of backup image cannot be used for manual restoration on DeviceManager. A Backup plan group is a collection of objects that are added to the same backup plan and protected by the same backup policy.

    Protected Object WWN

    WWN of the source LUN or LUN consistency group for the backup image.

    Status

    Status of the backup image, which can be Available, Unverified and Invalid.

    Backup Plan Name

    Name of the backup plan that generates the backup image.
