This section describes the process of configuring a clone file system on DeviceManager.

Figure 2-1 shows the process of configuring a clone file system.

  • A file system functioning as the data source is called as a parent file system and its clone is called as a child file system.
  • Log in to the OceanStor Dorado NAS unit to configure and manage file services. For details about how to log in, see "Logging In to DeviceManager" in the Basic Storage Service Configuration Guide for File.
