How Can I Migrate a SystemReporter Server?

How Can I Migrate a SystemReporter Server?

Troubleshooting

  1. Stop SystemReporter on the server to be migrated.
  2. In the Runtime\bin installation directory of the server to be migrated, run backup.bat for a Windows host or backup.sh for a Linux host. The remaining space of the data backup directory cannot be smaller than that of the database file directory. For a Linux operating system, the default database file directory is /opt/reporterdb/data. For a Windows operating system, the default directory is set by users during installation.
  3. On the target server, install SystemReporter with the same version as the server to be migrated. Do not start the server after SystemReporter is installed.
  4. In the Runtime\bin installation directory of the target server, run recovery.bat for a Windows host or recovery.sh for a Linux host to restore data.
  5. On the target server, start SystemReporter.
