How Can I Troubleshoot the Incorrect Icon in the Browser


If I log in to SystemReporter using Internet Explorer on Windows 7 remotely, the icon in the address box of the browser is incorrect. The background of the icon is displayed as black mistakenly, as shown in Figure 6-1.

Possible Cause

Internet Explorer has an incompatibility issue.

Recommended Actions

Since this problem does not affect the normal operation of SystemReporter, ignore this problem or use another browser to log in to SystemReporter.
