How Can I Troubleshoot the Crashed Firefox Flash Plug-In?


I have successfully logged in to SystemReporter using Firefox. However, when I access SystemReporter, a message is displayed indicating that the Adobe flash plug-in is crashed.

Possible Causes

The flash plug-in of Firefox is abnormal.


Restart Firefox and log in to SystemReporter using Firefox. Check whether you can access SystemReporter normally.

  • If yes, no further action is required.
  • If no, keep the fault environment intact and contact technical support engineers.
