Files have garbled characters when a data export task is created.

Possible Cause

Chinese fonts are not installed.

Recommended Actions

  1. In the Packages directory of the operating system installation CD-ROM, obtain the two rpm files starting with cjkuni-uming-fonts and cjkuni-fonts-common. Upload the two files to the SystemReporter server.
  2. Run command rpm -ivh cjkuni-* to install fonts.
  3. Run command fc-cache -fv to load fonts.
