Symptom

There is no data on the Historical and Trend pages after SystemReporter starts and devices are registered.

Possible Causes

SystemReporter installation server time are not synchronized with device time.

Procedure

  1. Adjust the device or server time to ensure time consistency.
  2. Stop the SystemReporter service, see Stopping SystemReporter Services.
  3. Restart the SystemReporter service, see Starting SystemReporter Services.
