    1. On the navigation bar, click System.
    2. In the navigation tree, choose Data Export > Data Export.

    NOTE:
If the default data format is selected, you can export data in PDF, HTML, XLS, CSV, and XML and you can export data about 50 statistical objects at most. If you select CSV, data about 10000 statistical objects can be exported.
    NOTICE:
    • If the default data export format is selected, run 3 and 4.
    • If the CSV data export format is selected, run 5 and 6.

Export data based on the maximum value, minimum value, or average value of the selected indicator in an archive period.

        Sort Order

Selected as the basis for data export. There are two types for you to select, which are:
        • Indicators: After indicators and the ordering rule are selected, objects are ordered based on the ordering rule of indicators and data is exported.
        • Ordering rule: The selected indicators are ordered based on a certain ordering rule.
For example, you can set Value to Average value, and set Sort Order to Read Bandwidth (MB/s), Top 5. The system will order the selected objects based on their values of the average read bandwidths.
        NOTE:

If you set Report Type to Capacity, no indicator template is to be selected.

      5. Click OK.

    Export Language

The language of exported report, including Simplified Chinese and English.

    Export Format

The system selects CSV format by default.

    Data Granularity

The High-frequency data first option is optional. SystemReporter collects data every 5 seconds at most and uses the data as frequently accessed data. Then it archives the frequently accessed data collected in a specific period of time as low-frequency data. After this option is selected, sample frequently accessed data will be exported first. Frequently-accessed data features small granularities and large volumes. If this option is selected, the export requires a longer period and the exported file occupies more space.

If the selected time range exceeds 24 hours, the system does not support High-frequency data first.

  7. Click Finish.

If the data export task created currently is in the Data Export Task list, the data export task is created successfully.
