Starting SystemReporter Services

Starting SystemReporter Services

After installing SystemReporter, the user can log in to SystemReporter by starting SystemReporter services.

Prerequisites

SystemReporter has been installed successfully.

Procedure

  • Starting SystemReporter in Windows
    1. Log in to the SystemReporter server as Administrator.
    2. Choose Start > All Programs > SystemReporter > Start System to start SystemReporter services.
    3. Click OK.
  • Starting SystemReporter in Linux
    1. Log in to the SystemReporter server.
    2. Run the cd /opt/reporter/Runtime/bin command.
    3. Run the sh startSystem.sh command to start SystemReporter services.
    4. If the following command output is displayed, SystemReporter is successfully started.

      System started completely.
