create directory_share cifs_auth_client

Function

The create directory_share cifs_auth_client command is used to create the name and permission of a common Internet file system (CIFS) share user or user group.

Format

create directory_share cifs_auth_client < domain_type > < name > < permission > < share_name >

Value

domain_type Domain type.

AD: domain user who uses the active directory (AD) protocol for authentication

LDAP: domain user who uses Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) for authentication

LOCAL: local user

Everyone: all users.

name Name of a user or user group.

The value contains 1 to 256 characters.

Character strings starting with @ are user group names or user names.

The default value is @Everyone.

When Domain type is set to Everyone, you do not need to specify name, and the name is set to @Everyone by default.

permission Share permission.

ro: read-only

ful: full control

rw: read and write, but unable to be deleted or renamed

denied: access forbidden.

share_name Share name.

The value can contain only 1 to 80 characters. The value cannot include special characters such as /\[]:|<>+=;,?* or double quotation marks.
