change sftpuser information


The change sftpuser information command is used to modify information about a Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP) user.


change sftpuser information < sftp_user_type > < sftp_user_name >





sftp_user_type Permission type of an SFTP user.

ro: read-only

rw: read and write.

sftp_user_name SFTP user name.

The value contains 1 to 31 letters, digits, hyphens (-), underscores (_), and periods (.), and must start with a letter and end with a letter or a digit.

old password SFTP user's password.

SFTP user's password.

new password SFTP user's new password.

The value contains 8 to 32 letters and must contain special characters and any two character types of digits, uppercase, and lowercase characters. The value must be different from the user name or mirror writing of the user name. The password cannot be the same as the last five passwords set previously. The password can contain special characters that do not need to be escaped. Special characters include `~!@#$%^&*()-_=+|[{}];:'\",<.>/? and spaces.



Usage Guidelines



Modify information about a SFTP user.

admin:/>change sftpuser information ro omsftp
