remove virtual_machine port <vm_id> <host_port_id>

vm_id VM ID.

The value can be the VM ID or "all". When entering the VM ID, perform operations on the corresponding VM; when entering "all", perform operations on all VMs. Query information about all VMs by pressing "Ctrl+A".

host_port_id Physical network port ID of a node.

Super administrator

Usage Guidelines

1. Batch command operations are mutually exclusive. When you remove ports from the VM, another batch operation is not allowed.

2. Mutual exclusion between the batch command operations has a timeout duration. Node exceptions make the batch operation remaining in the running status. When the wait period exceeds the timeout duration, the mutual exclusion is unlocked. The timeout duration is 20 minutes.

3. Batch operations and non-batch operations are mutually independent. Therefore, when batch operation commands are performed, the non-batch operation commands can run normally.

4. To obtain host_port_id, run cli command show virtual machine port. In the output, portName is host_port_id of the VM network port.

Removes the network port from the VM.
