create local user


The create local user command is used to create a local user.


create local user < name > < primary_group_name > [ description=? ] [ group_names=? ] [id=? ]





name User name.

The value contains a to 32 characters(a is the NameMinLength value obtained using the show local user safe_strategy command), and cannot contain the following characters: '/\[]:;|=,+*?<>@' or space. The value cannot end with a period '.'.

primary_group_name Primary group.

The value contains 1 to 32 characters and cannot contain the following characters: "/\[]:;|=,+*?<>@ or space. The value cannot end with a period (.). Press the combination key Ctrl+A to query the user group name that can be entered.

description Description.

The value contains 1 to 255 characters.

group_names User group.

More than one user groups can be entered. Separate user groups with commas (,).

password Password.

The value is a character string. The minimum password length, maximum password length, password complexity, and maximum number of consecutive repeated characters are related to the user security policy.

id User ID.

The value is an integer ranging from 0 to 900000.

When you create a local user, the user name does not as same as the already exist the local group name.


Create a local user.
