The change system user force_change_password command is used to enables the function that forces a user to change the password upon the next login.

Format

change system user force_change_password <id>

The value is range from 1 to 4294967294.

Usage Guidelines

If the function that forces a user to change the password upon the next login is enabled, the user is prompted with a message indicating that the password must be changed. The user must successfully change the password first and then log in to the system. This function cannot be enabled for a super administrator.

Example

Enable the function that forces a user to change the password upon the next login.

admin:/>change system user force_change_password 4 
Command executed successfully.
