The change system user password command is used to change system users' passwords.

password Password.

The value contains 8 to 32 characters. The password cannot be the same as the user name or the reverse of the user name. Its length and complexity depend on users' security policies, see to change system user safe_strategy.

oldpassword Old password.

The value contains 8 to 32 characters.

Usage Guidelines

System users can change only their own passwords. If your password is lost, you can log in to the system as the super administrator and perform change system user initial_password to initialize your password.

Change a system user's password.
