Function

The change task command is used to change task attributes, task execution periods, and task description.

Format

change task < task_id > [ dispatchTime=? ] [ impactId=? ] [ jobInput=? ] [ name=? ] [ priority=? ]

Parameters

Value

task_id Task ID.

The value is a combination of numbers, letters, underscores (_), and periods (.) and is 1 to 127 characters in length.

dispatchTime Execution frequency or delay period.

This operand is valid only when "JobDispatchType" is set to "0" or "2". For example, if the value is set to "10 minutes", periodic tasks will be scheduled every 10 minutes, and one-time tasks will be scheduled in 10 minutes.

impactId Impact level.

The value is "1", "2", or "3", where:

  • "1": High.
  • "2": Medium.
  • "3": Low.
You can also use your custom priority.
jobInput Task input parameter.

The value depends on the specific task and does not support Chinese characters.

name Task name.

The value can contain only 1 to 63 letters, digits, periods (.), underscores (_), hyphens (-), and commas (,).

priority Priority.

The value ranges between "1" and "100" with "1" and "100" indicating the highest and lowest priority respectively. You must enter a valid value for existing tasks.

Usage Guidelines

  • For periodic tasks (dispatchType=1 or dispatchType=2), the delay period cannot be modified.
  • For one-time tasks (dispatchType=0) that have completed or been cancelled (runningStatus=completed or runningStatus=cancelled), the delay period cannot be modified.
  • For one-time tasks, value of dispatchTime cannot be modified.
