Usage Guidelines

1. Importing files of the same type using this command is mutually exclusive. When a file is being imported using this command, another file of the same type as the file cannot be imported.

2. Importing a file using the command has a timeout period. When the command execution duration exceeds the timeout period, the import times out and the mutual exclusion relationship is broken. The timeout period is 60 minutes.

3. At most one GuestOS file, one VMTools file, and one template file can be placed in a file system.

Example

Imports a file from the file system on the VM.

admin:/>import vm_file img aaa.img 192.168.100.10 /home/omuser/ omuser
