Major Network Issue/Accident Recovery

Application Scenarios

  • A trouble ticket has been created for a network issue, which requires a license.
  • A trouble ticket has been created for an upgrade or cutover. A license needs to be applied for in advance.


  • The validity period of such commissioning licenses is 14 days. The licenses can be applied for in self-service mode (cc to the AMS director). The number of application times is not limited.
  • After the network accidents or problems are rectified, the commissioning license must be replaced with the original license.


  1. Log in to the ESDP ( and choose License Commissioning and Maintenance > Commissioning License Download.
  2. Select (Enterprise) Urgent accident recovery for Scenario. Set information including the customer, product, version, and commissioning template.
  3. Configure license information, add device (NE) information, and click Submit. The system delivers a 14-day license for commissioning.
