Deactivating an ADSL Interface

Deactivating an ADSL Interface


After a device starts, its ADSL interface is automatically activated. To set line parameters, deactivate the ADSL interface on the CPE. After setting parameters, activate the interface to make configurations take effect.


By default, an ADSL interface is activated.


  1. Run system-view

    The system view is displayed.

  2. Run interface atm interface-number

    The ADSL interface view is displayed.

  3. Run shutdown

    The ADSL interface is deactivated.
