Cluster Management

Before the operation, ensure that the vCenter server account information has been set. For details, see Setting a Communication Account.

Mounting a Volume

Procedure
  1. Choose Home > Inventories > Hosts and Clusters.

    The Hosts and Clusters page is displayed.

  2. Right-click the target cluster, and choose FusionCube > Mount Volume.

    The Mount Volume dialog box is displayed.

  3. Select the target host.
  4. Click Next.
  5. Select the type of the volume to be mounted.
  6. Click Next.
  7. Select the volume to be mounted.
  8. Click Mount.
  9. When the mount progress reaches 100%, click OK.
    NOTE:

    If the operation fails, click OK and try again.

Unmounting a Volume

NOTE:

This operation applies to the volumes that have been mapped to host groups but not been mounted.

Procedure
  1. Choose Home > Inventories > Hosts and Clusters.

    The Hosts and Clusters page is displayed.

  2. Right-click the target cluster, and choose FusionCube > Unmount Volume.

    The Unmount Volume dialog box is displayed.

  3. Select the target host.
  4. Click Next.
  5. Select the volume to be unmounted.
  6. Click Unmount.
