Enabling Server Certificate Validation

Scenarios

Enable server certificate validation.

Procedure

  1. Use the remote desktop connection tool of the local PC to log in to the computer used to deploy vCenter.
  2. Go to VMware\vCenterServer\data.
  3. Open the jks.properties file.
  4. Change the value of checkServerCert to True to enable authentication of server certificates.
  5. (Optional) Log in to vCenter again for the server certificate validation modification to take effect if FusionCube is connected.
