What can I do if log downloading fails due to environment variable conflicts?


  1. Check whether the log downloading failure is due to environment variable conflicts.

    • Check whether other GaussDB instances are deployed on the management node.
    • Check whether the following error message is displayed when downloading logs:
      Failed to read the database: The IP addresses of all hosts fail to be obtained from the database.

  2. Log in to the active management node as user omm and run the following command:

    echo $PATH

    You can see the bin path of other GaussDB instances and the GaussDB bin path corresponding to the OMS of the management node, as shown in the following example:

  3. Use the remote tool to open a new remote connection, connect to the active management node, and run the following command:

    sh ${BIGDATA_HOME}/om-server/om/sbin/
