Checking Cluster Status


Check the running status of the FusionInsight HD cluster.


  • You have obtained the address of FusionInsight Manager.
  • You have obtained the account and password for logging in to FusionInsight Manager.


  1. Log in to FusionInsight Manager.
  2. Check the status of services.

    Click Cluster > Service > Table View, ensure that Running Status of each service is Normal, as shown in Figure 4-1.

  3. Check the status of hosts.

    Click Host, ensure that Running Status of each host is Normal, as shown in Figure 4-2.
    • The host name marked with indicates that the node is the active management node.
    • The host name marked with indicates that the node is the standby management node.

If any exception exists in the check results (for example, Running Status of the Kerberos service is Bad), uninstall the cluster by following steps provided in Uninstalling Software, and then reinstall the cluster.
