Impact on the System

If the number of learned MAC addresses reaches the threshold, the device stops learning new MAC addresses.

Possible Causes

The number of learned dynamic MAC addresses exceeded the maximum size of the MAC address table.

Procedure

  1. Delete unnecessary MAC addresses, or run the peer ip-address mac-address limit maximum max command to increase the maximum number of MAC addresses allowed to be learned.
