Alarm Description

Alarm table [AlarmId] monitors [OID] with the sample type [SampleType], and the sampled alarm value [SampleValue] is greater than or equal to [Threshold].

The system monitors alarm variables. When an alarm variable value within a sampling interval reaches or exceeds the threshold, this alarm is reported.
