Possible Causes

All the member interfaces of the Eth-Trunk interface in static LACP mode were Down.

Procedure

  1. Run the display this command in the Trunk interface view to check whether the Trunk interface is shut down.

    • If the Trunk interface is shut down, go to Step 2.
    • If the Trunk interface is not shut down, go to Step 3.

  2. Run the undo shutdown command in the Trunk interface view to check whether the alarm is cleared.

    • If the alarm is cleared, go to Step 8.
    • If the alarm is not cleared, go to Step 3.

  3. Run the display this command in the view of each Eth-Trunk member interface to check whether the member interface is shut down.

    • If the member interface is shut down, go to Step 4.
    • If the member interface is not shut down, go to Step 5.

  4. Run the undo shutdown command in the member interface view to check whether the alarm is cleared.

    • If the alarm is cleared, go to Step 8.
    • If the alarm is not cleared, go to Step 5.

  5. Check whether the cable and optical module are loosened or dropped.

    • If the cable and optical module are loosened or dropped, go to Step 7.
    • If the cable and optical module are not loosened or dropped, go to Step 6.

  6. Connect the physical link correctly and then check whether the alarm is cleared.

    • If the alarm is cleared, go to Step 8.
    • If the alarm is not cleared, go to Step 7.

  7. Collect alarm information and configuration information, and then contact technical support personnel.
  8. End.
