Configuring RESTCONF for Device Management

Usage Scenario

RESTCONF ensures security and expansibility. When a web application is used for device management, use RESTCONF to ensure the communications between the client and device.

On the network shown in Figure 4-7, an HTTP-capable client is used on the client side. The server receives the connection request from the client and sets up a connection, achieving configuration file management through RESTCONF.
