Licensing Requirements and Limitations for Keychain
Involved Network Elements
Other network elements are not required.
Licensing Requirements
Keychain is a basic function of the switch, and as such is controlled by the license for basic software functions. The license for basic software functions has been loaded and activated before delivery. You do not need to manually activate it.

Feature Limitations
The keychain only manages authentication algorithms and keys and takes effect only after it is applied to an application.
The keychain supports the following protocols:- RIP
- OSPF
- IS-IS
- MSDP
- MPLS
- BGP and BGP4+
You are advised to set the receive tolerance time to advance the start receive time and delay the end receive time so that packets are not lost due to time asynchronization on the network.
