Binding User VLANs to a Multicast VLAN

Context

A user VLAN can be bound to a multicast VLAN on a user side interface. A user VLAN cannot be bound to more than one multicast VLAN on the same interface.

Procedure

  1. Run system-view

    The system view is displayed.

  2. Run interface interface-type interface-number

    The interface view is displayed.

  3. Run multicast layer-2 bind vlan vlan-id1 [ to vlan-id2 ] mvlan mvlan-id

    User VLANs are bound to a multicast VLAN on the interface.

  4. Run commit

    The configuration is committed.
