Clearing the OpenFlow User Policy Table

Clearing the OpenFlow User Policy Table

If the OpenFlow connection between a switch and controller is severed, the switch will not actively delete the user policy entries delivered by the controller through Flow_Mod. To delete these user policy entries, run the following command.

User policy entries cannot be restored after being cleared. Exercise caution when you run the clear command.

  • Run the clear openflow flows standard { all | entry entry-id } command in the user view to clear the user policy table information delivered through Flow_Mod.

The CE6880EI and CE5880EI do not support Flow_Mod.
