sFlow Configuration

sFlow Configuration

This chapter describes how to configure Sampled Flow (sFlow) to monitor traffic on an interface in real time, detect abnormal traffic, and locate the source of attack traffic, ensuring the stable running of the network.

The sFlow function conforms to the RFC3176 and standard. For security risks, see the RFC3954 and standard. This function involves analyzing the communications information of terminal customers. Before enabling the function, ensure that it is permitted by local laws and regulations. Effective measures must be taken to ensure that information is securely protected.

Only the CE6880EI and CE5880EI do not support sFlow.
