Compatibility

  • Supports SAP HANA 1.0 and SAP HANA 2.0.
  • SAP HANA can be deployed on the host operating systems, including SUSE11, SUSE12, and Red Hat7.
  • SAP HANA can only be deployed on the XFS file systems in LVM (Logical Volume Manager) and non-LVM deployment modes.
  • eReplication can only protect an instance using the single container mode of SAP HANA.

For details about SAP HANA compatibility, see the OceanStor BCManager 6.5.0 eReplication Compatibility List.

DR protection

Supports recovery of SAP HANA in single devices.

Recovery operations

In scenarios where the local protection solution based on snapshots is used, you can only use snapshot copies to perform data testing and rollback.

Database files

Supports only the DR protection for data files and log files. All the data files and log files must be part deployed on the same storage device.
