Symptom

A protected group in Invalid state. Its status remains the same even it is refreshed after its protected objects are all recovered.

Possible Causes

Procedure

  1. On the menu bar, select Resources.
  2. In the navigation tree, select sites corresponding to the NE (storage, host, or VM) and click Refresh on the Operation list in the line where the NE is displayed.

In the upper right corner on the main page, you can click , and check the refreshed task running status on the Background Task page.

  3. Refresh the protected group.
