What Can I Do When the Agent Fails to Be Installed Due to Insufficient Space of the Installation Directory

Symptom

When I installed the Agent, the installation directory had sufficient space. However, after the Agent runs for some time, the directory space runs out, and refreshing the host or other applications may fail.

Possible Causes

Temporary files are generated during the running of the Agent and occupy space of the installation directory. When the directory runs out of space, no more temporary files can be generated and an exception occurs.

Procedure

  1. Check the space of /home/rdadmin/Agent and ensure it meets the requirements.

    NOTE:

If the directory space does not meet the requirements, release space for the directory to meet the minimum requirement on directory space of the Agent.
