When the JRE installed on the maintenance terminal where the eReplication client resides is 1.7.0_51 or later and you open the device management page through the eReplication topology, the following fault may occur: The The connection to this website is untrusted dialog box is displayed. Possible Causes

In JRE 1.7.0_51, the security mechanism is reinforced. The default Java settings require a trusted code signature, and all Applets and Web startup programs require signatures, despite license properties. As a result, resources for device management cannot be uploaded.


  1. Go to the Control Panel.
  2. Double-click the Java icon to enter the Java control panel.
  3. Click Edit Site List. The Exception Site dialog box is displayed.
  4. Click Add and enter the URL that is used to access the eReplication server.
  5. Click OK, restart the browser, and access the system.
