What Can I Do If Nothing Is Displayed After I Log In Using Internet Explorer


I log in to eReplication using Internet Explorer by typing the IP address of eReplication in the address box and pressing Enter, but nothing is displayed.

Possible Causes

  • The security mechanism of Internet Explorer intercepts the access request.
  • The compatibility view settings of Internet Explorer mask the page content.

The following procedure uses Internet Explorer 9 as an example.


  1. Modify configurations of the Internet Explorer security mechanism.
    1. Open Internet Explorer and choose Tools > Internet Options.

      The Internet Options dialog box is displayed.

    2. Click the Security tab, select Select a zone to view or change security settings, select Trusted Sites, and click Sites.

      The Trusted Sites\ dialog box is displayed.

    3. Add the IP address to be accessed as trusted sites.
  2. Modify configurations of the Internet Explorer compatibility view.
    1. Open Internet Explorer, and choose Tools > Compatibility View settings.

      The Compatibility View settings dialog box is displayed.

    2. De-select all options about the compatibility view.
    3. Click Close. The modification is complete.
