Performing PMI for the eReplication Server

If the eReplication Server is deployed on a Linux server, you can know the heathy status of the eReplication Server using SmartKit to check the usage of the file system, server resources, or the progress for the eReplication Server, for example, the CPU usage.

You can visit http://support.huawei.com and choose Support > Tools > Enterprise Data Center > SmartKit to download SmartKit.

    NOTE:
    • SmartKit was OceanStor Toolkit. This document uses SmartKit as an example.
    • In this example, SmartKit V2R5C00RC3 is used, so the package required here is SmartKit V2R5C00RC3.Zip.
  • The management IP address of eReplication and the login password (default: Huawei@CLOUD8) of DRManager have been obtained.
  • If the to-be-inspected eReplication Server server is installed by using a KVM template, enable the SFTP and SSHD services. For details, see Context in Installing the eReplication Server Using a KVM (Only Applicable to FusionSphere OpenStack).

    5. Click Finish.

    1. Click the My Tools tab and Inspection.
    2. Set Inspection type to Routine inspection.
    3. Select the added eReplication Server and click Next.
    4. Select inspection items and click Next.
