What Can I Do If Topologies Are Displayed Incorrectly on Chrome?


I log in to eReplication on Chrome. When I view global topologies or topologies of protected groups in full-screen mode, the toolbar in the upper right corner is unavailable. Besides, legends cannot be selected. I can only press ESC to exit.

Possible Causes

The flash player plug-in of Chrome is incompatible with the toolbar in full-screen mode. As a result, the toolbar becomes unavailable.


  1. Open Chrome.
  2. In the address box, enter chrome://plugins/ to go to the plug-in management interface.
  3. Click Details to view details about the plug-in of Chrome.
  4. View details about Adobe Flash Player. Stop plug-ins except for official plug-ins in the installation directory of Chrome.
  5. Re-log in to eReplication.
