  • Coffer disks are faulty.
  • Coffer disks are removed.
  • The expansion cables of the disk enclosure that houses coffer disks are incorrectly connected.

Procedure

  1. Check whether the disk enclosure that houses coffer disks is powered on.

    1. If no, power on the disk enclosure. If alarm No Coffer Disks Found persists=> Step2.

  4. Check whether the expansion cables of the disk enclosure that houses coffer disks are correctly connected to an engine.

    1. If no, connect the expansion cables correctly. If alarm No Coffer Disks Found persists=> Step5.
    2. If yes=> Step5.

  5. Collect related information and contact technical support engineers.
