Impact on the System

The AD domain user cannot access the CIFS share.

Possible Causes

  • The network connectivity between the device and AD domain of a vStore is abnormal.
  • The AD domain of a vStore has been disabled.


  1. Check whether the service network connectivity between the device and AD domain is normal.

    1. If yes=> Step2.
    2. If no, contact the network administrator to rectify the network fault. If the fault is recovered,no further action is required. If the fault persists=> Step2.

  1. Check whether services of the AD domain are stopped.

    1. If no=> Step3.
    2. If yes, start services of the AD domain. If the fault is rectified, no further action is required. If the fault persists=> Step3.
