Procedure

  1. Check the status of the AD domain controller.

    1. Check whether the AD domain controller is started.
    2. Start the AD domain controller. Then check whether the alarm is cleared.If yes, no further action is required.

  2. Check the network connectivity between the device and AD domain controller.

    1. Check whether the device is correctly communicating with the AD domain controller.
    2. Contact the network administrator to rectify the network fault. Then check whether the alarm is cleared.If yes, no further action is required.

  3. Contact technical support engineers.
